1- The age must be consistent with the ministerial decisions of special education for each grade.
2- The student must pass the oral and written application test, personal characteristics or both according to the age.
3- After reaching the maximum acceptable numbers, the applicant is registered on the waiting list.
1- Fill in the application form for the new applicant if the applicant is accepted.
2- The parent must complete the student’s file within a week of notifying him of the student’s admission.
3- The parent must review the financial secretariat in the case of admission.

5. A health card for the student from the health unit, Dar Al Saada street, Al Zaitoun.
6. In the case of conversion from KG1 to KG2, four transfer requests are required with stamps + a statement of registration in KG1 from the Educational administration.
7. To transfer to the first primary, a registration statement is required KG1 + KG2

4. Four transfer requests from the school the student transferred from with the school’s stamp then the stamp of the school’s educational administration and El Gomhouria language school’s stamp. In case that the school belongs to another governorate not Cairo, the transfer requests will be stamped from the governorate’s education directorate and the Cairo education directorate.
5. Statement of the success of the class in which the student is enrolled from the educational administration.
6. Class gradation from KG stage to the class in which the student is enrolled with the school’s stamp and the educational administration stamp. ( only Language section )
7. Electronic transfer form from the school with the school stamp.
8. A student health card from primary one to primary three.
The same required papers in the primary stage in addition to a statement of the success for each class of the preparatory stage.
The same required papers in the primary stage in addition to a statement of the success for each class of the secondary stage + a statement of the success for 3rd preparatory.
1- For non-Egyptian students, an application for the arrival in the name of El Gomhouria school from Al Zaitoun educational administration.
2. All required papers must be photographed three copies after completing them.
3. The condition for students’ admission at all stages is compelling to the general conditions of the Ministry of Education in addition to the organized rules for the accepting of the students in terms of capacity, internal coordination for admission and passing the evaluation tests.
